Class Overview
Come join us for Kids Muay Thai. Called the "Art of Eight Limbs" this striking sport combines punches, kicks, knees and elbows. We are sure you will find these classes are great for kids ages 8-12 years old. The skills and techniques performed in Muay Thai are great for the both the ring and self defense. We hope to see you at a trail class soon.
